hi I'm Jill! a registered dietitian based in Los Angeles who believes the best nutrition advice comes with a great meal attached.

My background is a little different: I spent 9 years in tech before becoming an RD, I also love to cook and I believe deeply that food culture is nutrition science. I bring all of that into every client session.

I fully believe in a culturally inclusive approach that celebrates all foods… so much so that you can find me cooking around the world on social media. I've spent the last year cooking a different dish from a different country, alphabetically, and I am deeply obsessed with the overlap between nutritional science and food culture. I mean Cambodian grandmothers were building anti-inflammatory meals long before we had a word for it…

This is what I mean when I say food-first. Not a meal plan that strips everything interesting out of eating β€” but a real, curious, culturally rich relationship with food that also happens to support your gut, your metabolism, and your long-term health.
